Will you ship items there?

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days of payment. We will notify you by email with the tracking number within 2 business days. Emails sent with your tracking number may end up in your junk / spam folders, so please check there before sending duplicate requests.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be in the same purchase. Shipped in separate packages, even if you specified shared shipping. Keep this in mind when receiving a delivery.

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and wait for our reply. We will send you the address where you send your item back for exchange.
